Don't you think that's a bit of a generalisation? I have been taking pills on & off for 8 years, and I still look like an Anime character (white face, big eyes). I recently had a friend take her first one last month, & she was still looking as glamourous as ever. It's really a person to person thing.

I beg to differ. A lot of first time rollers have been some of the hottest ravers I've ever seen. Although I don't like to look at the photos of myself from my first roll. Thankfully those photos aren't mine. :D

My advice is to do whatever feels best. However, if you're posing for a photograph while off chops and you feel like smiling, don't. The reason is you probably are anyway. Any more is just overdoing it. I'm tempted to post a certain example from my personal gallery, but I promised I wouldn't show it to anyone.

I know people who can hide it well but personally I can't. I've tried to control myself but once the pill starts hitting then I forget all about and just let the pill take control. Being on E is probably one of the only times when I don't care what people think or what I look like so why spoil it by caring.

EDIT: Before I started taking pills I never used to realise when other people were on them, just always thought they were drunk as fuck and acting weird. It's not until you experience the whole thing for yourself until you realise what they're up too!

i imagine with a single pill you could probably hide being fucked up. but i doubt if you took like say.. 3 pills that you could hide it.. i know i can pretty much never hide.. just trying to hide it makes the roll less fun to me. i guess some people could hide it no matter what.. good for them

Yes, No one can tell when im rolling unless they see my eyes in a daylight environment. Which is impossible since I roll at night.

even when a pill doesnt seem to do its job I push into my mind the same feeling i have on ones that "work" then the pill actually works while everyone else who had the same one says it doesnt...its all about mindset

at the start of the night I try to stay calm and as normal as possible and it would be hard to tell I had taken anything. but then the drug kicks in and I start talking shit to as many people as possible and it becomes obvious but then again most of the people I talk to are fucked up like me!!!
On the occasion when they are not fucked up generally they can tell and I am too fucked to care.You know when you think you are acting all straight but actually you are not haha!!

its interesting reading everyones feedback. everyone says they can control everything but the jaw clenching.
i found that was the first thing i managed to control. i just would stop myself from doing it everytime it happened, until eventuallly it stopped ever happening.
and just remembering to talk slower. same thing u try and tell urself before giving an oral presentation at school, etc. eventually u get better at public speaking. and same sorta things happens when on a pill.
uve just gotta catch yourself doing the things you want to control, and make a concerted effort to stop them, until eventually the brain does it automatically for u. (personally i think its a little more fun to just let go)

I recently rolled at a bar where only 3 other people were doing it. One thing I have is colored contacts. They basically cover your eyes and no one can tell your pupils are dialated. If you wear contacts, getting a colored pair is a good investment. I have the Acuvue 2 blue ones, they work well in situations where I don't want to show my eyes (because they get huge). And these contacts are really comfortable, just wear them for two days before going out so they conform to your eye shape. The other thing is that if you're not doing light shows or carrying around glowsticks a lot of people won't notice. Just tell them that you're drunk and that the cup in your hand is a sprite and vodka. Worked well for me.

I'm proud of the way I look when I'm fucked. My jaw and face twists and turns all over the place. We call it gurning where we're from (does anyone else?). My friends tell me I'm the worst gurner they have ever seen. I'm known as king gurner at all the local raves I go to.
Thing is I don't know i'm doing it. I got my friend to film my face once, and I thought I was sitting there with a straight face looking at him. When he played the film back my jaw and face was moving in really unnatural ways and I was rocking back and forth.
I sometimes attract crowds who will stare at my face in disbelief for ages (I'm deadly serious), and even had people say I was turning their acid trips bad.
But it's all a bit of fun. only thing is I have to drink soup for the next 2 weeks or so

My pupils are always huge, there practically black you can hardly see what color they are and my skin gets real pale. I couldn't hide it if I tryed. Why would u want to hide it anyways, its all part of droppin
