I was wondering if I could inject Ativan's. I have micron bags, cheese cloths and many other filtering methods to extract it but I really am not sure if you could inject it. Only reason I'm asking is simpily, I've seen injectable lorazepam before so I just thought maybe I could do it successfully. Please help me not hurt myself, and thank you for any and as much advice anyone could give to me :)

You can with propylene glycol or PEG if diluted properly, but It's not really worth it...

Doesn't it already have 90% bioavailability when taken orally or something like that? Doesn't really seem worth the effort of preparing a shot.

Lorazepams oral bioavilabilty is 85 percent. definatley not worth trying to extract and shoot. even in hospital settings where i was ivd lorazepam it burned very bad and felt un natural. even with PEG and alcohal its not worth it.

Maybe but seeing this is a harm reduction site i wouldn't recommend it.
I along with many have been screwed over with benzos non IV. Id hate (and in my addict mind love) to think what it would feel like.
But know whats good for you dude :)

Thanks James I know that I shouldn't iv benzo's or pills in general it's just that needle fever. I actually some how injected a kpin (yep really dumb lol but it worked I know this because I have had kpins orally & it was the same feel but like 2x normal effects and hit me quicker.) and it worked. I used micron filters/cotton balls and had it to a almost clear solution but it was a slight yellow. Never fucked up my vain and never had a problem later in life but that was a one time go, & not suggested.

Actually, oral administration in the fasting state has been shown to be almost equivalent to intravenous administration at 99.8% in one trial. (source)
