Can you IM pills like dilaudid or any other kind?

Was just wondering how I might attempt this since my tolerance is through the roof with (apparently) everything, and I refuse to IV. I know myself well enough to know there would be no coming back from that one!

You should not IM any sort of pills. It's very dangerous and is just asking for an abscess, despite how many times you filter it. Trust me, don't do it.

Thanks for the advice, would never have thought it could be that dangerous! Think I'll just stay away from all needle-shaped devices from now on...
