Can you hit veins above the knee?

I'm out of veins and i'm getting frustrated. I do have a bunch of veins from my knee cap up to my hip. Especially just right above my knee. Are those veins that can be used?

I'm sorry. Is that bad to make a lot of threads? I'm new at this and don't know much about it but it says I have to have 50 posts before that flashing green notification thing goes away so I've been trying to post a lot cause it's annoying. Plus, my boyfriend came home with heroin and coke tonight and I want to get it in my veins super bad. We got screwed though. I just got it in my calf vein and didn't even get high. :/
