can you get in trouble for posting videos using drugs on youtube?

in case anybody is wondering i did go against my better judgement and advice from you all and uploaded some off the hook videos. My youtube account was banned. this was a few months ago. it was only up for like a week. i didn't advertise at all and it didn't get many views. dunno how they found it so quick. They didn't send me an email telling me to take it down or nothin. just bam your awesome account is gone. and i had a really cool name for it but i dont remember what it was. No charges were pressed.
 
Trouble with the law? Probably not. I'm not a lawyer, but I know a little bit, and I'm fairly sure that in Canada/US, retroactive possession of drugs is not a crime. You couldn't be indicted for a video or photo of you consuming drugs. I imagine they could get a warrant to search your house if they had proof that you were filming at your residence and they knew where it was. Unless you're under current investigation it shouldn't be a problem.

If your account name was so awesome, you would have been able to remember it or at least come up with another account name that was similar to that old one.

You're lucky you didn't get reported and that no family members (from what I'm aware) saw the videos. Take heed to the warnings presented by your fellow BLs; they probably know and understand more about the drug life than you.

lol you are really rude. I do not take back my claim of an awesome account name because it was simply amazing. It had something to do with altruism and I do apologize if me not remembering the name verbatim inconveniences you or upsets you in any way. What the hell are you doing lol? why are you bullying someone you don't know on an internet forum? I was updating this thread to make it "worthwhile" as a previous poster stated.
Since I wasn't able to find any direct answers on google I thought I would share my RECENT experience so that people would have an idea what youtube thinks of random users posting illicit drug use.
hey...I got an idea! try being nicer! you'll like your life more. ;) i live a disgusting repulsive lifestyle but i've found that being nice to people can make a huge difference in my quality of life. this includes not assuming i'm smarter and better than everyone. i can help you with this if you need help and maybe you can help me with something. 8)
