can you get high off seeds?

there is no scientific reasoning behind this idea.
the plant's thc is produced in its biosynthesis when it grows.
yes there is technically thc, as a seed is like a database of a plant species, all the features, attributes etc.

but not anywhere near enough to get even a mouse high.

I made my friend smoke a seed before. I wraped it abit of hash then gave him a hit on the hot knives, never seen anyone cough as long as he did.
