Who knows what a "dime bag" is? WAYYY to many varriables involved in calculating the answer to that one .. you're average $10 bag/wrap will contain enough dope to get two people off when injected, or one person when snorted - again, thats average for my area, I imagine in some areas a $10 bag is hardly enough to get one person off when shot... (current name brand in my table = "Bandit")..

Man PhreeX, I wish I lived in your area. The dope around here is so weak, 50 bucks hardly gets me off. I've never even once seen any kind of powder herion come into town, all we get is this weak ass tar that is cut to shit. Oh well, at least there are some good pharms around.

$50 gets about 1/4g of some GOOD fuckin heroin, which isn't the branded shit, but it's even better as we are seeing ROCK SOLID chunks that often weigh more... it kinda comes in "waves" .. one month EVERYONE is just overflowing with heroin, pure shit, dirt cheap... then a few days later, you couldn't get a Lortab to save your life... the thing is, in this area the glassine wraps are JUST starting to show up, I mean, they poped up within the last year or so... it seems that organized heroin distrobution is trying to get a foothold in the area, as there are NEVER more then 2 or 3 differn't brands at a time, and it all funnels through the same people...
But thats my area, a few cities over it could be totally differn't...
And $50 of good shit lasts me a weekend because I don't boot so much I push myself to the point of needing help to breathe - I either do a key-bump to give me the energy and motivation I need, or I boot up enough to give me the above plus something of a rush... but my weekends are GOD DAMN FUN, even though I am not pushing myself as close to death as I used to (in which case, $50 was about 2 shots)...

My town used to overflow with herion, then someone died as result of an overdose. That caused the DEA to jump into action, and most of the big time dealers went down hard. After that the herion supply went straignt downhill, and never made a comeback. All the junkies switched to oxycontin, dilaudid, and other pharmacutical replacements. My town is kinda small, so we don't get much of a variety of anything. Even the meth sucks, and ecstacy is almost non-existant.

However, if you are the weakest link, and apparently some of you are, a psychological addiction can occur after one use TO ANY DRUG, and let me tell you that heroin is among the least likely of drugs to cause this kind of immediate psychological addiction because it doesn't blow you away the first time you do it like, say, E.
