Can you feel phenibut more than kratom

I know their both different but since their otc i was just wondering which one i would be more likely to feel?

you're definitely more likely to feel kratom. Phenibut is a very subtle drug.

damn is there anything stronger than kratom? I heard something like poppy seed tea is better, am i saying that correctly?
