Opioids Can you do a CWE with Syrup?

I have a bottle of Hydrocodone/Apap syrup. I was wondering if its possible to do something similar to a cold water extraction to remove as much of the apap crap as possible. I've looked all over Google and haven't got a straight answer yet. Can anyone help? Thanks

No, the thickeners and possibly alcohol will interfere with the CWE.

Sekio is right, the water would mix into the syrup and you would end up with watered down syrup.

I would think that the alcohol greatly enhances the solubility of the acetaminophen...

This would lead to a complete and udder failure for cwe’ing lortab syrup...
