This site has hash resin for sale but i dont have a dab rig. I was just wondering can you bottle toke it like with hash and shatter?

I would assume so, can always throw it in the freezer for a bit if it's too gooey and that will make it solid enough to handle

The old folks around here would put some on a red hot needle and place it under a shot glass. Once the glass was full of smoke they'd slide it to the edge of a table and smoke it that way. You can also throw it in with some flower of course. I think they used a bottle cap or something like that to hold the needle straight up. Maybe it was a small nail instead of a needle I'd have to ask one of them again.
I showed some of those old folks a dab rig and they laughed about the fact that they'd been building their own back in the 70s/80s out of stuff they had laying around the house. You can also hot knife it. Place two butter knives on the oven burner until they turn red hot. Pick up your hash with one of them then squeeze them together to get your toke. Be careful not to burn your lips and wear some oven mitts or gloves. If you don't want your lips next to hot metal you can cut the bottom off a soda bottle, poke some holes in it then turn it around and cram it into the top half of the bottle. Throw some ice in between the layers of plastic if you want something to cool the smoke. But it'll waste some just like bong water does.
