Benzos Can we please here some positive benzo stories?

I've always had a secret love for benzos. At times I will take a very low dose in order to ease stress and feel more like "myself"

I will not go on a plane with out one.
And, although at the time it was a temporary fix, I can't imagine what it would be like with out benzos during my period where I was seriously suffering from PTSD (due to rape and near death experience.)

As with most medications, as long as its not abused and used for what it is supposed to be used for, its a benefit.

Absolutely nothing. Many people are prescribed benzos daily, but "as needed" is always best and won't lead to a dependence. Just the usual warnings apply... be careful how much alcohol you drink, don't drive if you're feeling sedated, etc.
 
I've dabbled with valium for sleep issues years ago, but started using them recreationally and decided to stop before I got myself into addiction country. I'm glad I did that even though i ended up with another habit that feels alot worse.

I have been given the odd prescription for valium for when I had some dental work done due to my fear of being in the chair and also been given some by friends and I did like the effects and it really was effective for the times I was using it as prescribed.
 
Ive taken .5-2mg of clonazepam daily for a little over 3 years now... It has worked wonders for my anxiety... You know, come to think of it.. Clonazepam is really the only drug that i've heard success stories with. Not success stories, but manageable lifestyles.
