Can u still kill yourself with tolerance ??? Examples of possibilities [IV]

If you have a very high tolerance to opiate pills [iv] is it still possible to kill your self one day shooting up? like for example..if you shot up the same amount everyday...is it possible that you could still kill yourself even though your not talking higher doses ?

Like, what would be some possibilities that could kill you?.... the pill filler getting stuck in your lungs after years of abuse? etc?

A friend of mine, his girlfriend died last month, complications from a blood infection that originated as a local infection from a shot of heroin, a shot just like probably a thousand uneventful shots just like it. She used new needles each time, didn't gave ideal shooting practices otherwise. She probably would have lived if shed sought medical assistance sooner. Take it to heart, get infections treated, an untreated iv drug use related infection. She'd been an addict many years with hundreds of uneventful shots before that one and died only 26 years old only a few weeks after first symptoms presented from one bad shot. Shed probably have lived if shed taken it more seriously earlier.

And was using heroin, the same kind I do which couldn't be more ideal for shooting for black market origin.
A lot of people dont even bother to filter it because there's nothing visible to filter out and dissolves in seconds unheated. So id imagine pills would be higher risk than that. And that's not counting debilitating but not lethal complications like amputation.

Unlikely but what is very common is doing one's regular sized shot after a break and then dying. Happened to a friend of mine last year.

Well what about tolerance makes you think it would stop a pulmonary embolism from killing you?
