That's a pretty hefty dosage, I hope you have a tolerance built up.

Physically you should be alright, but hopefully you don't black out and end up doing something stupid that you'll regret.

Be safe bro

i dont want my brain to get messed up cuz of this. i heard alot of doctors prescribe both, one for panic and the other for anxiety. nooooooooooooooo my anxiety is rising

Your brain isn't going to get messed up. You have to take an insane amount of benzos to OD, and 60mg valium and 2.5mg xanax isn't even close to the amount your body can handle - you're fine.

You say you have a tolerance, hopefully this isn't much above your normal dosage or blacking out and not remembering what happened for a good portion of the night is a possibility. Try to get some sleep and relax

I wouldn't take anymore medication either, even if your anxiety is rising.

Your brain won't get any more "messed up" than taking an equally large dose of just Xanax or Valium: benzos are benzos. I like mixing these two in particular, Xanax gives the kick while Valium adds the legs.

It would take a lot of benzos to kill you unless you're mixing them with something else (especially CNS Depressants).

You guys are confusing death with his brain getting messed up.

If he keeps abusing benzos at these doses on a regular basis, his brain will get messed up

I mean come on, he's getting anxious on a KO dose of benzos. That's a bad sign.

You shouldn't need to mix thes two drugs and the consequences of doing so can be fatal, obviously. Try to avoid doing this in the future since there really is no point in doing so.

I often mix clonzepam with xanex bars... Have also tried the combo above, with the only notable side effect being that I blacked out, which is quite common. As stated above, though, studies show the long term effects (affects?) Aren't too swell.

yea ifelt pretty chilled out and the 50 mg of ambien i addded i didnt even notice. then i went to sleep on serequel. im way to tolarant i need to start cutting down with my doc

Mixing these is fine; you have a short acting benzo and a long-acting benzo. I personally love my clonazepam, but it doesn't but it for panic attacks by any means.

Now, for recreation - you're doing it wrong. Low doses are best for day to day, with the occasional high-dose excursion if desired (I do, but then after realize it was just a waste of my kpins).

Well you obviously have a tolerance to benzo's and therefore should have reasonable knowledge concerning benzodizapines. If thats the case then you should know that it is OKAY to take xanax and valium together at reasonable doses... Either that or your a retard that has no tolerance and went nuts on his mom scripts not knowing wtf your doing...

I mix diazepam and alprazolam all the time. I actually prefer taking combinations of different benzos rather than taking them individually if I'm looking for a recreational effect. Other than the standard warnings of tolerance and addiction, there's no danger in using different benzos concurrently.

@Albion, the combination would not be fatal. Benzos are extremely safe unless combined with other types of depressants like alcohol, opiates, barbiturates, GHB, etc.

No offense...good luck w/ that
I've been taking limited amounts of benzos' (mostly valium) at least half my life for medical reasons, now trying to taper is like a long walk off a short pier on lake Superior in Groundhog Day.
