Really feeling the need to clean myself up w opiates. Yet, i do have moderate pain issues. Is 50 mg of revia ok to mix w ultram, as i heard ultram is not a narcotic, but works a bit like one.?? Ty folks!

Ultram is tramadol. Tramadol IS an opiate, albeit a weird and weak one to most. I've no idea if you can take it with naltrexone.

No. At least I know it does not mix with naloxone so it should definitely not mix with naltrexone. It does mix with buprenorphine though, which I think is really weird.

Don't do it, precipitated withdrawal from naltrexone will be hell on earth due to it's long duration of action.

You normally don't want to mix this is normal dosages of naltrexone, but if you used it with ultra low dosages, it does work. I have been researching uld antagonists because I really want to try this but I am too broke to go to a doc for an RX, but I came across a study using ultram and uld naltrexone. YES it will work.
