Can u dissolve oxys in boiling water?

someone told me u can dissolve oxys in boiling water which is much better than chewing them
the ones I get arnt the new OP formulare or whatever they're called. (obviously it wouldnt work with the new forumla cuz thats what everyone would do with them)

im a bit skeptical about it though cuz i know hot water distroys codeine, but what about oxys

id rather dissolve my oxys in boiling water then add some cold water so it's drinkable than chewing em up & it would be alot more effective.

Why not just grind them in a pill grinder and bomb them?

I wouldn't do that. For one, it might fuck with the pill ER wax stuff. The heat might make the oxy degrade too - I know morphine is about 70-80C before it starts to break down, not sure about oxy but I think it's similar.

Just do what Trip said, crush the pill down into powder. I see no reason why this method needs to be improved upon.

That kind of heat will certainly degrade, if not destroy the oxycodone.

It will not be more effective to place them in boiling water first, stick to crushing and parachuting or simply chewing them up.
