can u combine these drugs?

I take propranlol for anxiety and also I take dexamphetamine for ADHD. I am cardiovascularly healthy. Thoughts?

I dont think your doctor would prescribe them if there was a problem, also this is for advanced drug discussion not basic questions.

streetsurfer, propanol will diminish a lot of amphetamine's peripheral side effects and reduce anxiety. It's pretty much magical for stimulant users.

doctors are far from perfect. it's hard for them to keep up with every possible interaction, and some can be lazy. it is always always always a good idea to check things on your own.

Cool link, but it doesn't say anything about these two drugs, however the RXlist entry for Dexedrine says that "Adrenergic blockers are inhibited by amphetamines."

So be careful...
