I'm sure others will chime in with even better info, but to some degree, yes. I don't know if overall tolerance would be the best way to describe it, but maybe a lower active dose. I know as a small female with no opiate tolerance, the much larger males I know with no opiate tolerance do seem to need more medication just for pain relief. The only personal experiences I have with people needing larger doses of well, almost ANY drug are the people I know who are almost 7 ft tall and built big...but they are significantly larger than average, and I'm guessing for most drugs the smallest active dose is often the shape of a bell-curve.
