Can the post office open my mail?

Can the post office open my mail?It looks like just a normal letter,nothing more but contains drugs:\
I've ordered about 6-7 times,can they get suspicious of the mails from the aboard and open my mail?
 
Uhh. I'm pretty sure we aren't supposed to answer legal questions, but this is easily searchable with google. Try 'probable cause for search and seizure, US Mail,' or similar.
