I found a 30mg pill. Swallowing it is a waste. I'd rather not shoot the black tar. Even though it gels can it still be snorted? Is there a way to shoot it without shooting the black shit?

Nope, if you can't enjoy it taken orally as directed find another drug. There's no safe way to abuse the current Opana ER formulation, don't fool yourself into thinking there is just because you want there to be a safe way. In the Opana ER megathread, tons of people discuss various extraction teks of varying degrees of incredulity, but none of them are safe for IV use and to be honest most of them aren't good for nasal use either.
