Can the Indigestable Concerta 2nd Coating Damage Internal Organs? (Kinda of URGENT)

I ate half a concerta pill with only the 2nd coating (Not the color coat)

It is like hard plastic... and i hear its undigestible

When I ate the half (without the green part, just the methylphenidate half)
I chewed on it (hard teeth)
I ended up opening the coating up like it was a flat sheet of paper... Again, hard plastic feel to it... It actually got caught in my esophagus going down (16oz Rootbeer dislodged it... heh)

and SINCE ITS INDIGESTIBLE... I don't think it can really change appearance in the body chemically, only physical force could shape it back right?

Well, I have this abdominal pain around my diaphragm area... and its just that 1 spot

Pain isn't severe... but uhm... Should I take some lax or something? (So it can get out of my system if I end up going to the hospital or something, so I can't be charged with anything/my family won't find out)

I mean, someone just tell me what's going on.

CAN it do damage?
IF SO, what are the internal organ damage warning signs?
What should I do right now? Laxative? I have a bunch of other Concertas that I could easily replace this one with.

EDIT: those who say concerta is 100% digestible... no it isn't... there's even a warning saying "If you see a pill in stool, its the leftover coating, don't panic"
Look up Concerta's mechanics, theres a hole in the pill to release the drug... it doesn't digest the coats... there is zero reason for them to need to make the coating digestible

i am pretty sure the manufacturers of Concerta would not include any ingredient that would be indigestable as it is specifically made to be swallowed. i think your mind is playing tricks on you....

People eat coins and seeds and other indigestible shit all the time with no organ damage. You'll be fine.

You probably just have gas from the Concerta, lol. It's a known side effect.

youll be fine. it's happened to me before and I hypothesize that it's just because one of the corners might be resting or pressing on your stomach or such. it isn't at all a bad thing, but normally either drinking something (especially something carbonated) or eating something helps.

or you can do what i do. bypass the whole thing, do a quick alcohol extraction, evaporate it THOROUGHLY, scrape, and blow some relatively pure methylphenidate. extracted aviza 54 + 60mg oxy is the absolute BEST party combination ever. throw in some weed and MAYBE a drink or two and youre golden. 100% functional. social, talkative, and alert from the methyl....but you just feel dandy from the oxys. they counteract the negativities of both.

we do not really allow these emergency threads in BDD, as described in out guidelines. but another way to look at this could be "are concerts safe to swallow unravelled?"

you know, we cannot tell you that you're alright. but think about it. you are on this anxiety causing stimulant. you chewed on and swallowed a pill. is there really a serious problem here?

I think hydro ^ was certainly right to close this but I wanted to add a couple things.

I tried to have fun with concerta so I figured out how to efficiently largely defeat the abuse-proof measures and it's fairly easy to make these (more) IR without having to swallow the hard plastic shell -

Either stick the pill(s) under your tongue to dissolve the outer coating or drop them in water until you can see all the colors, cut off the darkest part, cut off the very tip with the little hole so all you have left are the 2 lighter portions (white and yellow for the 36mg, I don't know about the other dosages) in a cylinder with the 2 flat ends exposed. Take the knife (razor blade, whatever) and cut a horizontal line from one flat end to the other so you go through the hard shell or even a bit more and the shell is pretty easy to peel off so you just have the desirable part of the interior of the pill and no shell. I would recommend making this cut at a bit of an angle because it makes it even easier to peel but with this it also makes it much easier to slip and cut yourself so unless you're very comfortable doing this, I'd suggest cutting straight down and taking a little more time trying to get the peeling started (it's not too difficult but kind of like trying to get scotch tape going... it's possible and not too difficult but may require a bit of effort).

Once you have this, you can easily chew or crush it up and take it orally (with the water + coating if you haven't consumed that yet) and you get most of the methylphenidate released instantly without having to worry about that crazy indigestible coating.
