Can steroids help (or worsen) hematomas?

Hi guys!

Yesterday, while having some mildly hardcore sex I manage to injure my dick (no joke). Right now it's all blue/dark purple around the entire corpus spongiosum.

No need to say I very much care for my penis heath. Luckily, everything still works just fine, but it's kind of swollen and really bad looking, so I'm guessing I'll have to keep in abstinence for a while (kind of harsh since I'm currently on testosterone propionate 100mg daily).

I was gonna start with stanozolol 50mg daily on monday, but now I'm wondering: could it make things better or worse? Should I still do it?

I've heard that winstrol has anticoagulant properties, just like hirudin gel (an anti-hematona medicine I'm using as a treatment).

Does anybody know anything about steroids and hematomas? Your help will be much appreciated!

Thank you

That's a bad place to pop a blood vessel.

The color is getting worse, I'm seeing my doctor today :(

Same thing happened to me about 2 months ago... Get it checked out because you possibly may have fractured your penis. Its a real injury that needs real treatment. Thankfully mine was just a burst blood vessel as well.... Made for a good laugh in the ER and amongst my circle.

Honestly I would be worried about the increase in libido aka more erections (PAIN). But also steroids can increase RBC and thicken your blood which could lead to more intense erections I would think so I don't think it would help. This is all speculation though, I'm not an expert on this topic.

Personally I would start taking some [I don't think so] to kill your libido until it gets better lol. Weird situation you've got yourself in.

Fuck right off advising someone to take opiates? What's your problem

Saying what I would do personally. I'm not advising him or telling him it's the best idea. But if I had a hematoma in my dick I do not want to be popping any erections. So all doctors should fuck right off for prescribing opiates to patients in pain? If he went to the doctor I'm sure he would give him a low dose opiate and an anti inflammatory anyway. Sounds like you have had a problem with them possibly? if so I didnt mean to offend, but I can take opiates for a few days and never take them again if I choose.

Yes maybe you can but alot of people can't, including myself. Not nessicerily an opiate but i was using valium to sleep and relax after the gym and ended up eating 300mg a day for 4-5 months. I ended up cutting myself and abusing everyone around me it fucked my life up. You didn't advise it for pain either you advised it to kill the libido. Probably something a doctor should have the say on.
