Misc Can someone tell me real fast how much kratom tincture I should take?

I usually use 28 grams of premium bali kratom powder. I have 15 ml of tincture. It does not say it's alkaloid content, nor if it is full spectrum.

Can someone who has taken kratom tincture before make a recommendation? ASAP! lol
 
All anyone can do is wildly speculate which is next to useless :(
