Can someone tell me how to beat Kadian XR Morphine

Hello,

Title says it all I need to beat the xr of Kadian 20MG yellow capsules.

DO i just take the contents of the pill and chew it up and swallow or is it more complicated than that?

just take out the pellets and crush them up.

Is it really that easy to break the time release? I heard its much more complicated.

A lot of people say that using a mortar and pestle is really necessary to crush these up good. Or a grinder would work I suppose.....
