Opioids Can someone please tell me what kind of morphine dose this is?

Got 4 small white caps that say M-Eslon 10. 40 mg total. They're very tiny beads. How high an IV dose is that with a small but present tolerance? Too much to do all four at once? I'm not experienced with these so I wanna be careful. Thx!

No idea what your 'small but present tolerance' amounts to. 15mg morphine IV is the highest dose used for the opiate-naive, you might try that.

That seems about right. They have me 7mg IV in the hospital and it gave me a hell of a rush (my tolerance was very low at the time). I would use 1 10mg pill at a time, and you should be high enough off 1 of them that you should save the others for other days.
