Can someone please tell me how to upload a picture of myself?

upload image -> copy the link of the image (the link ends with .jpg) -> paste that link in between IMG tags [1MG][/1MG] (replace 1 with I)

alternatively click on the picture frame which says "insert image" if you hover over it in the quick reply toolbar, then paste your link into that field that is brought up.
