Can someone help me out with some Opiate conversion rates ?

I've read the popular "Bluelight Opioid Conversion Chart" but I can't seem to apply it to my case. (Typical brain fog happening )

I would like to know, from the opiates I'm about to mention, what equals to 5mg Oxycodone.

1. How much Dihydrocodeine = 5mg Oxycodone ?
2. How much Hydrocodone = 5mg Oxycodone ?

3. A friend of mine has aquired some 15mg Hydrocodone and I was wondering what does would I be able to take (recreationally) because 5 - 8mg Oxy is all I can handle.

1.) ~25-40mg (I haven't had DHC and I've heard various claims that it's 1.5-2x as potent as codeine.)
2.) 7.5mg (1.5mg of hydrocodone = 1mg oxycodone).

Are you SURE they are 15mg hydrocodone? That strength is not produced commercially. The largest commercially produced preparations contain 10mg. The only pills that would contain 15mg hydrocodone would be made at a compounding pharmacy.

You'd do best to double check the strength of the pill, as mentioned, as well.

Yes, I'm sure, the capsules my friend saw, are a combined mixture of 15mg of Hydrocodone and 25mg Cyclizine Hydrochloride.
