Can someone compile a list of studies on amphetamine + memantine (NMDA antagonists)

I need links/sources for studies that suggest NMDA antagonists like memantine and other NMDA antagonists can help slow/prevent tolerance issue from meds like adderal (amphetamines). I need this so I can give to my doctor for him to look over.
 
Unfortunately no matter what the reason, we can't help you with what to say to your doctor in order to obtain, or stay on medication. Also these are studies that he/she should easily be able to find if they so desire.
