Can someone clarify this for me?

SO recently, in my local community, a new type of xanax was going around. They were called "double G's" and they looked exactly like this. http://tinyurl.com/GGbars

For the past 2 years or so another type of xanax, which everyone called "onax" which looked like this was going around. http://tinyurl.com/onax12345

For some reason, people are liking the first ones alot better. I dont understand this concept because both say 2mg one is just round and another is rectangular. I have a suspicion that people are "placebo-ed" into thinking the Double G's are better just so they can sell.

If someone could provide any further clarification, that would be great, thanks :)
 
Since they are both 2mg alprazolam tablets, then yes they are exactly the same. The difference in the formulation is most likely negligible. Who knows where people get these ideas.
