Can Snorting Drugs Cause An Inner Ear Problem?

I am prescribed 8mg subutex tablets. When I take them sublingually they are way too strong for some reason but when I snort the subutex I can handle it much better.

I have never figured out why since they are supposed to be stronger when snorted but for me they are weaker. I would also like to add that I no longer feel the drip in my throat from snorting anymore. I used to always feel it run down the back of my throat but now I rarely do. Is this normal?

So lately I have been having a lot of headaches, dizziness, nausea, and other things that sound like an inner ear problem. My head feels detached from my body and I feel very disoriented. It just feels weird and makes me sick. I don't constantly feel this way but I feel this way enough that it is really effecting my life. Also I have always had very bad motion sickness but now it is much much worse. If I'm not the one driving the car I get sick. Sometimes I get this feeling when I am driving and it feels pretty dangerous.

This has been going on for a month and the last thing I thought about was snorting my subutex. After reading about it a little our nasal cavity and our inner ears are connected. So could this be the cause of my problems? If so I guess it would be an easy fix. This would be a better prognosis than all of the other crap I have been thinking it could be.

Well I'm not sure if my nasal cavity is clogged. It feels clear.

I have been using afrin lately. I don't want to use it too much though for fear of becoming dependent on it.

I would love to stop snorting my Subutex. Sniffing pills has never been my thing but they just work better for me this way for some reason.

Also I believe that sniffing my subs have led me to take more then I need to. There are days when I snort my subs like six or seven times throughout the day. I know it's not doing anything but I can't stop! If I was taking them sublingually I think I would only take them twice a day.
