Can shooting coke cause paralysis or deafness?

If , when injecting, i were to strike a nerve could i cause damage such as loss of movement in fingers or deafness in one or both ears. I have been using coke intravenously for two years on a daily basis. So far i have incurred a few infections and a few cases of cellulitis i have taken antibiotics each time but i've also experienced tingling and joint pain as well as a feeling of my ear being blocked , which happened while shooting up one day.

I am in a position where i acknowledge that i don't use for recreational purposes and i am addicted. I have tried many various ways to get clean and stay clean. I know i may lose the use of my hands or worse but i can't seem to stop sabotaging my health.

I do try and use only clean needles i use alone so no shared needles.

At present i have cellulitis in my index finger and am on antibiotics but i shot up today after 3 days clean will this bring cellulitis back i didn't use same site. What risks am i facing if i continue like this

Cocaine can cause a whole range of long term negative side effects , such as neurological issues and tics. I believe PERSONALLY there is a chance or possibility of paralysis whether it's a finger or a foot or paralyzed waist Down.

This drug is so addictive and neurotoxic and harmful to your body, especially the IV route. I'm no doctor people (like some of these BLers that wlll nit-pick the smallest thing, how they escaped out of there cage in "Advanced Drug Discussion" beats me but I can only tell you out of experience from what I seen it do to people and what my former suboxone doctor told me ..(oh he hates when his patients test positive for coke , he allows 1 chance then boots you, yet any other drug you can play games for months ).

Sorry I'm going off topic...yes it's my opinion cocaine can Cause paralysis to the smallest tiniest fraction OR severely . Deafness I'm not sure
