At the current moment, I'm physically dependent on 50 mg of oxycodone a day. I smoked salvia and had the typical experience with open eye visuals while having no knowledge of reality. When I came back down from the experience, I was thrust into a hellish experience. I was panicky with a heart rate of 160, my muscles were so sore it was hard to walk across the room, I was very nauseous, and my whole body was shaking. I was completely back to baseline in 2 hours.
I've never experienced opiate withdrawal before but this sounds pretty similar to what it's described as. I've also smoked salvia many times before using opiates without anything similar to this happening. Does anyone have an idea of what happened here?
