Can Recreational use of ecstasy change appearance in your face?

I poke that. But mdma prolly wasnt the culprit there, funny tho.

I think if your missing sleep and not eating correctly every single weekend then a friend who may not have seen you for a while may notice your looking tired. For some people rolling means popping the one tab of tested MDMA so the comedown is fine, you can eat and sleep as normal. For others its polydrug use on whatever they can find and the comedown lasts several days when eating/sleeping is impossible -it doesnt take long before that kind of abuse will catch up with you.

when i used to abuse MDMA heavily, my face was always had the kinda half-paralyzed e-tard thing going. it went away for the most part since i stopped abusing the drug though. still there a little bit though, but i think i'm the only one that notices now.

i had a pretty ridiculous habit though, and i wouldn't necessarily expect this to happen to everyone.

One time when I was on E, I was looking at one of my friends and the whole night he was a completely different person. Whenever I looked at him he looked completely different and I honest to god though that it was his first time taking E and we had brought this little Mormon and literally homosexual with us because he was our friend. I was completely cool with it but when I came down I was like wtf was I thinking lol!?!? Green Telephone Pokeballs :).

It definitely changes your appearance. My 2 friends and I started rolling in our teen years and it thinned us out and made us age in our faces. If you abuse it too much, you could actually lose a lot of weight.

When i rolled a lot my jaw muscles got a lot bigger and stronger from clenching so much... Other than that not really, I just looked like I haven't slept all weekend because I haven't

I think it can, think about the faces you make when you're happy, mad, and sad.

My mom always told me not to frown so much because I'd grow into an old man lol.

It changes your face when you're on it doesn't it? Makes you look young and rejuvenated.
That's because you got happiness literally rushing out of your brain into your body.

Abuse it, and you got less of it in your brain, you might end up looking like you're not getting enough rest or upset. Especially if you crash pretty hard after every session.

I doubt long-term effects on the face are serious though, as long as you give your body good rest between sessions.

Abuse can change your face in the following ways

Making your face thinner and bonier because of all the weight you lost. A friend of mine commented that at the peak of my MDMA use, you could see the jaw muscles moving as I spoke. She knew it was "a drug user's face"

Making you break out. If you are deprived of proper nutrition, sleep, and rest you might break out more. This can lead to acne scars in some people.

Circles under the eyes, dull skin, oily sheen to skin.

Despite these effects, it can go unnoticed because of the self esteem boost you get from MDMA or just plain apathy about appearance in favor of the high.
