Opioids Can Prilosec (omeprazole) potentiate opiates?

I've been researching the threads and can't find anything on this. Only that some peeps say it can potentate benzos. So, Can Prilosec (omeprazole) potentiate opiates?

It helps Lope cross the BBB which is an opiod. So I'd imagine so.

No shit? I'm gonna have to try it Go toss 30mg of Lope with my Prilosec and see how it goes Though with my tolerance, it proly won't feel like much lol.

Your better off jsut doing it when your in W/d's. If you got a tolerance it don't do shit. But when your sick it is a LIFE saver. And 30mg is a bit much.

I haven't had experience with Prilosec but I've had success with 20mg Tagamet.
