OK so my buddies have been telling me about this doctor around my area for quite some time. My buddy said just go to him and tell him you have back pain, severe anxiety and shoulder pain when you wake up and you have been buying 30mg roxis and 10/325 norcos for your back pain but it is pretty expensive street wise and that you have been buying 2mg xanax and all that is making you broke...he asked how much i was taking...i told him about 2 roxis a day, 4 norcos a day and 2-3 bars a day so he prescribed me 60 roxis, 90 2mg xanax bars, and also 120 norcos as a month supply and told me to see him in a month for my refill on my meds..i did not know it was this easy to just ask a dictor for medication and that he will prescribe it. Wow! So when I see him next month i may tell him to prescribe me 60 30mg instant aderrall..i just dont know what else medication i can ask for that has recreational value..obviously i know my stuff and an no beginner

120 10/325 Norco
90 2mg Xanax
60 30mg IR oxycodone
------why dont pharmacists get suspicious over this many narcotics

might ask for 30mg instant adderalls added next visit. any input is appreciated and also if anyone can give me a couple meds not TOO extreme like methadone that i can request i would appreciate as well and if this is in the wrong section, sorry, if you dont mine moving it to the correct one for me

This is what is known as a cash doc in my area. You pretty much just go in and tell them what you want. They will likely be found out by the DEA in the near future. I would exercise extreme caution and try not to get too addicted.

Here is a DEA link about cases against doctors for practices similar to what you described.
http://www.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/crim_admin_actions/doctors_criminal_cases.pdf

I have never been to visited one because they have a tendency to abruptly stop "treatment" leaving you with devastating withdrawals and I do not want to put myself in that position.

i just went in, filled out paperwork given to me by 2 assistants and checked in and signed and got called in and hes been in this profession for over 30 years so im not too worried

That would be super expensive.

No charges would be filed against you unless you got the same drugs from multiple doctors. I am just saying don't get too attached.
