Can not achieve a buzz or high

I've been drinking since 9 (sounds extreme but my parents aloud a glass of beer with a meal hoping it would teach me to drink sensibly, fail, but still good thinking. ) been smoking weed since 13. experimenting with others for a long time. but recently in the past few months i cannot get a buzz. i used to be able to get a nice alcohol buzz of 4 beers and feel great. but now when i drink i just feel poisoned. i used to trip balls after a couple of very large bong hits. used to get euphoria from 20 mg methylphenidate. a line of k and i'd be holing. mephedrone had me buzzing off my fucking tits harder than ever after 6 lines. but now nothing. been taking methylphenidate and cannabiss recreationally at parties and i drink every weekend. sometimes i get high at college, but i don't over use drugs too much. so why can't i get a buzz?
i love my beer buzz, my ritalin rush, my ketamine hole, my cannabis high. please help me save them?

Have you ever heard of a thing called tolerance? It's a bitch, but we all go through it.

have had huge breaks, hasn't helped. been on 5 htp to rejuvinate seretonin. nothing.
