Ive built up quite a tolerance to my adderall prescription and was wondering if my doctor is able to add a 40mg Adderall XR to the 2 30mg IRs a day Im already receiving.

You'll become tolerant to 100mg just the same before long, even if you can find a doc willing to prescribe that much. Instead, try taking breaks from your prescription (take some days off). Even just a weekend or single day a week off every week is likely to help quite a bit.

Lets get to the point. This is bluelight. We all know my intentions. Im currently prescribed 60mg of
Adderall IR a day. This is all that my insurance covers. My insurance also covers brand name Adderall XR which is listed in a different part of the accepted medicaid medications list. And Im hoping that:
1( That its possible to be prescribed over 60mg of Adderall a day. Preferably up to 100.
2( That Mercy Care Medicaid will cover generic 60 30mg IR Adderall on top of brand name Adderall 40mg XR
