can methylone be freebased?

So me and a few friends were talking and we were wondering if its possible to freebase methylone? And what are the effects like/ how long does it last? Iv spend like a half hour looking through the forums and im having trouble finding anything about it.

In a chemical sense, yes certainly. However the freebase of amphetamines or amphetamine derivatives are almost always liquids, and quite caustic. Probably very unpleasant to smoke.
