Stimulants Can large doses of propylhexedrine cause a false positive for any illegal drug?

I'm very sorry if my question is not appropriate as I know many types of drug testing questions are not allowed. But I was wondering if taking psychoactive doses of propylhexedrine internally could cause a false positive for any illegal drug since its chemical structure is quite similar to methamphetamine. PS, I am not condoning the use of propylhexedrine as a psychoactive.
