Can Ketamine be combined with a Stimulant ?

Let say, 10-20 mg doses of and Methylphenidate and then adding 50mg +/- a hour later OR during the MPH peak ?

Is this safe ?

Has anyone tried this before ?

Yes they should be fine together, not seen the exact combination myself but the internet doesn't show any contraindictions between these two sorts of drugs, plus in general ketamine and stimulants aren't dangerous. I would def advise keeping the Ketamine until slightly later, space out the two by three or so hours perhaps...

^ Yeah. I have used ketamine with stims many times but usually ketamine towards the end and never this exact combination. Ketamine does have dopaminergic properties so combined with a stim I would imagine there is more chance of developing stimulant psychosis, but as long as you keep your doses down it should be okay.

The fact that methylphenidate is a DRI not a dopamine releaser means that the dopaminergic side effects might be more pronounced so I would wait a bit to take the ketamine rather than taking it right at the peak.
