Misc can kava and/or caffeine make you vomit blood?

I did an absolutely obscene amount of kava last night and a very high dose of caffeine as well, and woke up this morning feeling nauseous. after 20 minutes or so i started throwing up, and it was blood red. can kava, caffeine, or the combination make you vomit blood?

EDIT(after the first two replies): The energy drink I drank was red so that was probably it

Never heard of this happening.. Are you sure it was blood? Or was it something red you may have eaten? If it's blood, you need to get checked out by a doctor..

if ingesting the kava was part of some dark ritual of the old gods, maybe.
but you should probs go to hospital anyway.
 
Could have been your energy drink
Too much coffein could lead to gastric bleeding

If you throw up again and it's red go to the ER
