Can i use small amount of ativan for phenibut wd

So ordered phenibut for a health scare and took to much over a month and have gone into wd's..planned to use a 6 day supply of ativan (.05twice a day) to cut wd symptoms but im getting close nflicting information.some say it helps others say it will make it much worse and cld lead to severe wd's like seizures..ativan acts on gabba a receptor and phenibut acts mainly on gabba b. Have access to nuerontin but again some say any messing with gabba receptors is begging for trouble..im in day 3 of pheni wd and ddnt taper..any help would be appreciated

You have already messed with your GABA receptors, to a point. Neurontin and Lyrica are not bad choices for short(er) term use.I take it that a taper is out of the question? So far I'm finding nothing about wd's lasting past 7 days, longer for certain people, or heaver use, longer periods of use, etc. During any withdrawal, drink plenty of liquids. If the Ativan is used only prn/as needed, I believe that would help. There is much support for using L-Theanine to help with the withdrawal It has also been suggested to stay away from stimulants of any kind including caffeine, energy drinks and nicotine.
