can i use bupe after naltrexone shot? knowlegable responders only please

So i just got a Naltrexone shot today, and im leaving detox in a couple hours. i know naltrexone has a high binding affinity and so does bupe, but does anyone have experience with this? also, i just wanna reiterate, i just got it a couple hours ago. im mostly done detoxing its been 5 days but im still hurtin a little bit. could i take 4mg suboxone (bupe& naloxone) to feel better? thats basically my question, would it hurt?

Bupe will outcompete the naltrexone. So yes the 4mg will work just like normal

bupe has higher binding affinity. you'll be set. be careful as naltrexone has been known to super sensitize opioid receptors.

Do you have any sources for that comment serotonin? Not trying to question you, that just seems like it'd be a very interesting experiment.

personal experience for one. ill find you one though.
