Can I trade my generic adderall...

Hey! I filled my adderall prescription at one pahrmacy. They didn't have the other generic brand that works best for me but i filled it anyway. Could I take my filled prescription to another pharmacy that has the manufacturer's brand I need and exchange for the kind they carry?
