Here or there.
I took 3.5mg Suboxone Wednesday morning and now I want to take 350mg of Tramadol on Friday. Does Suboxone stay in your system for a long time and would taking some Tramadol tomorrow put me at risk for a seizure or anything because of the longevity of Suboxone?

Were you on the suboxone for any lemgh of time or just the once on Wednesday?

If you only did it Wednesday and no other previous use (the more you take the longer it takes to leave your system the suboxone) then your fine.....

Im high on tramadol atm so GL and Have fun and always be safe in your dosing bro!

I took 3.5mg on Saturday, 2mg on Sunday and then Wednesday I took 3.5mg. Should I wait to take tramadol?

Im not a doctor so whatever i say is advice......

You should still be fine. since you took a break over the weekend and a break since wednesday Aprox 50-70 hours in between the suboxone usage the lvl in your system are very low (If any since you werent on a regiment or using it to WD from opiates) that i cant see it interfering with the tramadol (AKA side effects) IF you were using for weeks or months then it def would be in high lvls in your system. Bupe (whats in suboxone... has a long half life and when u use alot then it start to build up etc...)

as i said there are prob trace amounts of bupe and what not and the blocker they put in suboxone to prevent people from getting high (Once again if any since your not a chronic user and you spaced the dosages) but not enough to interfere with your tramadol experience.

Enjoy

Alright man, thanks. I'll be doing it tomorrow morning, unless anyone has any other advice.

I don't know how Suboxone compares to Methadone in this aspect, but my buddy just last week was telling me he took some Tramadol for a tooth ache (he goes to a methadone clinic everyday) and he had a few seizures that night.
From experience I can say this: Seizures are one of the scariest things you can go through, expecially if youve never had one before and it's unexpected (i.e. you don't have epilespy)
I would be careful

^ According to my drug interaction checker tramadol and opioids should generally be avoided due to risk of seizure.

OP, buprenorphine has a very long half-life but since you aren't taking it regularly and no longer have the peak effects you should be OK in my opinion.
