Can I take tramadol after rolling last night

I would see why not. Although you might want to be aware of the following:
Tramadol also can leave you feeling dehydrated so it may make you feel worse following E which does the same thing.
It may relieve some of the "Suicide Tuesday" feeling if you have that, but you may pay for it later with the depression that can follow coming off Tramadol.
I don't know if E effects your seizure threshold but that is also something to think about.

this is a harm reduction site, no? I don't know what would motivate someone to respond like this. I guess to be funny, but considering there are very young people on this site that may or may not get the joke, I don't think it's worth being clever.
That said, since tramadol also affects the serotonin system that you just blasted with a dose of mdma, it would probably be wise to wait at least a week just in case. Always err on the side of caution, I would say, even if some people say it's ok.
Maybe look at the binding affinities of Tramadol too. It may wash out any remaining MDMA or may not be able to get there. It's often said to be unwise to combine an SSRI with MDMA but I've done it before and it (for me at least) makes the experience very much longer but less intense.

^ An SSRI should almost completely kill the MDMA experience... it made it last longer for you? Weird. Unless there was something in those pills that wasn't MDMA...

Just found this thread again. It's definitely MDMA. I'm absolutely certain of it due to the effects. I do get effects but they're rather more on the psychadelic side than the empathogenic/euphoric due to the SSRI. The experience lasts ages but is not all that fun. It seems to give me HPPD in the short-term as everything seems vibrant and bright and I haven't ingested any for 3 days.
