Can I take suboxone in the morning and methadone at night without wasting methadone?

just what i said. i only had suboxone this morning. but i thi afternoon i went and got 20 methadone... i was wondering if i could take 3 or so without it being a waste or on the contrary... without falling asleep to never wake up.... i do have a nice opiate tolerance. but still can get high off of 60-90 mg oxy if youre wondering about my tolerance

One of the most important factors is how much buprenorphine you took in the morning. Another required detail is the mass of the methadone pills you have acquired.

^ These details would be helpful for sure. However, my instinct is the following : Why are you wanting to take the methadone during the same day? Is the suboxone not helping you out (for whatever reason!?) ? If you're not feeling horrible or anything - or even if you were feeling only a little horrible, to be honest - I'd say wait at least until the following day. If you took suboxone and are a regular opiate user, there shouldn't be any w/d's (Curious as to what you're aiming for).

in theory the sub will block the effect of any other opiate for minimum 24 hours
