i have a 75mg nucyenta can i take this with subs? someone told me it would be fine to but is it? i dought it would do anything with my massive tolarance

also ive been on a pretty big benzo binge for about 2 months and havent had any for about 38 hours and think im starting to have benzo withdrawal and i have some lyrica ..would that help me at all

^This. Nucynta has a very high binding affinity for the mu receptor, so Suboxone taken afterwards would be recipe for precip withdrawal. Since tramadol itself has poor binding affinity, a Sub taken after tramadol would still knock the tram off the receptor and you'd get a little sick, but not too bad.
As for your question, how much Suboxone is built up in your system? If you've been maintained on a moderate dose for a week or more, then your receptors are completely saturated and 75 mg of Nucynta would not put a dent in it. As far as it being safe, it would be perfectly safe, but a total waste.

It actually may not be a total waste in that scenario becaue it is like tramadol in the aspect that it has ..."opiod activity and non opiod activity in a single compund." And tramadol isnt wasted when taken after suboxone....it in fact increases the euphorical effects.

if you have been taking your subz regularly, then the nucyenta will most likely have no effect. and since you already have the naloxone in your system, it will cause you no ill effects.

as far as the benzo withdrawl, the lyrica wont help it. it may calm you a bit, but you still need to get some sort of benzo in your system. benzo withdrawl is VERY serious and can cause serious problems and even kill you.

Lol.

does nucynta have a synergistic effect with suboxone. i know ultram and subs do, so im wondering if this would be an even better combo. i have to have oral surgery so im trying to figure if this would be a good alternative to hydrocodone. i take suboxone so vikes wont do shit to me. i know tramadol will work really well at 200mg with suboxone....and lyrica.

does it follow that nucynta would be good to combine with bupe???

i dont know but i have had a positive experience when i took some bupe and then about 10 hours later took 400 mg nucynta.

LOL at nucynta being tramadol on steroids

i mean i definitely think it works better than tram and bupe but it being a stronger compound anyway i feel like that would be a given. For pain im sure you could get away with 100mg nucynta and .5 mg bupe twice daily each, youd have to see how your body responds, what dose bupe are you on right now?
