can i take methadone on the same day i dosed a small amount of morphine and roxi?

so i was going into pretty bad withdrawal as i didnt form of opiate in about 48 hours.... finally this morning my brother broke me off a quarter of his 30 mg roxi and about 60 mgs of morphine. it really didnt do anything for me except take the edge off and make me not want to kill myself.
Anyway, i am about to go pick up 30 mgs of methadone and i was wondering if it was safe to use methadone on the same day that i took a small dose of morphine and roxi.
 
Well depending on how high your tolerance to opioids is, 30 mg of methadone might not do much but a little sedation and keep your withdrawals at bay or it could fuck you up.

Methadone is a very potent narcotic and you should be very careful with it.

Also, how long ago did you take the roxi and the morphine? The time matters too.
 
it was about 2 hours ago, and it was only 7.5 mg of roxi and about 60 or so mg scraped off of a 200 mg morphine pill. The past few weeks i've only been taking about 4-6 roxies a day or 2 50 bags of that brown shit. yeah, i was plannin on takin all 30 mgs but when i told my bro what i was doing he said fuck that. that i need to start with 5 mg of the dones since i took that morphine or else i'll stop breathing
 
alright, well.... i was planning on taking all 30 mg (3x10mg methadone) at once but without finding a clear answer i wound up just dosing with 20 mg at 3:00 pm. (15 minutes ago) and i have another 10 mg pill that in two and a half hours i'm gonna be telling myself that i should have taken it all at once..... but when your brother tells you he thinks that you will die from a combo of meds that i'm very familiar with (just not when taken together) i couldnt help but be hesitant....
If anyone else has any info i would appreciate it as opposed to waiting 2-3 hours before i realize that i shoulve just done one single dose of 30mg.
 
normally, i wont take more than a 90 mg dose at a time of oxycodone and that gives me the nods, but over the course of a day i will sometimes take 270mg in three separate 90 mg doses.... hope that helps
