Opioids Can I Take Methadone After Dilaudid?!

so very tragically one of my friends mothers passed to the dread awfully cancer, she was on so many meds; you would feel bad for her. i hate when ppl are like i wish i had cancer

let me get on subject so she was getting liquid oral dilaudid prefixed doses 10mg/ml it was like the lightest purple you could see of a syrup concentration but i took like 5 of them and then 2 hours later around 3pm 43 mins ago in new york time i live in PA idk time zone anyways

i took 40mg of methadone around 3pm so i was wondering its okay to do that right?
like its not going to be like bupe causin precipitous withdrawl right

No, methadone will not bring on precipitous w/d. it should make you feel pretty good, but just remember once its built up in your system, trying to enjoy any other opiate is likely going to be a waste, as it blocks the effect. Plus its much longer acting than the dillys.

thank you very much for your answer partner i didnt think so but yeah i barely do opiates ever but i love mdone and already did dillys and then found out i was getting 130mg of mdone i got the rectangle M 5771 pills and i took 40 cause i know thats a good starting dose ive done it b4 not in a long time but 40 is what usually gets you nodding they take like 2 1/2 hours to start working bahahah?? weird & whacky right but yeah im going to take another 10mg later on bringing me to 50mg and then taking 60 tomorrow and then 70 or maybe i should take 60 tonight and 70 tomorrow ?! idk ill figure it out thanks tho pal i appreciate it %)
