People gave combined alcohol with MDMA in the past but you should be warned of an increased risk of dehydration due to the diuretic effect of alcohol. You can always use the tripsit tool to see if there are any warnings for your desired combo

benzos will inevitably numb a trip bit, but it can be good time anyway.

Adding alcohol to the mix in greater doses is also counter-synergistic but does not pose much of a risk if you can hydrate, eat a bit of jerky or however you want to take care of natrium and behave yourself on combos of drugs.
